We kick off the evening with a red the red-carpet welcome and capture the moment with cameras, creating a sense of glam, and making everyone feel special as they arrive. The night is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the workforce's contributions to the company's success is a meaningful gesture that fosters a sense of appreciation and motivation. Highlighting outstanding individuals from various teams, including Office, Operations, Tours, and Engineering, brings everyone together under one roof to showcase the collective impact of the entire organization.
