Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. 100% Refund

Cancellation made within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

2. 50% Refund

Cancellation made more than 24 hours after booking but at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

3. No Refund (0%)

Cancellation made within 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Exception: Sailing permits are issued daily by the Coast Guard. In the event of force majeure affecting your booking, you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule with assistance from our sales team.
