Sky Walker Yachts – Yacht Rental Terms & Conditions

Sky Walker Yachts provides yacht rental services charged on an hourly basis. All trips are operated by our own licensed captain and crew.
The rental fee includes fuel, crew wages, drinking water, and vessel insurance.
Full payment is required upon booking confirmation to secure the yacht and schedule.

Sailing is limited to designated areas within Dubai waters and routes approved by the company for safety reasons.
The charterer and passengers may not request the yacht to sail outside the designated area or engage in unsafe navigation.
The company reserves the right to adjust the route due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns.

The number of passengers on board shall not exceed the vessel’s licensed capacity.
Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. The crew is not responsible for childcare.
Pets, flammable or explosive items, weapons, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
The use or possession of illegal drugs or engagement in unlawful activities will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
Smoking is permitted only in exterior areas designated by the captain.

4. Liability & Insurance

The company has statutory insurance coverage for the vessel and crew in accordance with UAE law.
Passengers must follow the safety instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Any damage caused by passenger negligence will be the passenger’s responsibility.
The company is not liable for the loss or damage of passengers’ personal belongings. Passengers are advised to safeguard their valuables.

5. Media Use

Photos or videos may be taken during the trip for promotional purposes. Passengers who do not wish to appear in such media must inform the company in writing before departure.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts or arbitration bodies in Dubai.
